2. Services and prices

2.1. 1BE beauty salon in Lviv provides manicure, pedicure, hairdressing, brow and lash care, waxing, makeup and other services listed on the website.

2.2. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia. The final price depends on the selected options and the master and is shown during online booking; the price shown at booking confirmation is final.

3. Booking and cancellation

3.1. You can book online at 1be.com.ua (24/7), by phone or via Telegram.

3.2. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible no later than 2 hours before the appointment.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made at the salon after the service, in cash or by card.

5. Quality

5.1. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us as soon as possible (preferably with a photo) — defects caused by the master will be corrected free of charge in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

6. Health

6.1. Please inform the master about allergies, skin or nail conditions, pregnancy or other relevant circumstances. Clients under 16 are served only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. Personal data

7.1. Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes and governing law

8.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; otherwise the consumer may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (dpss.gov.ua) or a court. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
