To ensure a comfortable and professional environment for both our clients and technicians, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines when visiting our salon:

1. Respect for Our Technicians

Our specialists are dedicated to providing high-quality services, and their focus is essential for the best results. We kindly ask that you:

  • โœ… Remain seated comfortably and keep your hands steady during the service.
  • โœ… Avoid excessive movements such as waving hands, pulling away, or sudden gestures.
  • โœ… Follow the technician's instructions to ensure a smooth and safe process.
If a client's behavior disrupts the service or makes it difficult for the technician to work, the salon reserves the right to transfer the appointment to another available technician or decline the service.

2. Appropriate Conduct

To maintain a pleasant and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask clients to refrain from:

  • ๐Ÿšซ Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • ๐Ÿšซ Using offensive or inappropriate language.
  • ๐Ÿšซ Disrupting other clients or causing unnecessary disturbances.

3. Visiting with Children

We love children, but for safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that you do not bring children under the age of 10 unless absolutely necessary.

If you are bringing an older child, please ensure that they remain seated and do not:

  • โŒ Run around the salon or play with salon equipment.
  • โŒ Tamper with the water cooler (hot water may cause burns).
  • โŒ Disturb other clients by shouting or playing loudly.

At this time, we do not have a designated play area or staff to supervise children, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4. Appointment Cancellations & No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible:

โš ๏ธ Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment.

If you fail to cancel in time or do not show up, a penalty of โ‚ฌ6 or 98 loyalty points will be deducted from your account.

5. Video Surveillance

For the safety and protection of both our clients and staff, video surveillance is in operation in all our salons.

  • ๐Ÿ“น Cameras are used solely for security purposes and to resolve any disputes or misunderstandings.
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Recordings are not used for monitoring or tracking clients.
  • ๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Footage is stored securely and accessed only when necessary to clarify a specific situation.

By visiting our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the presence of video surveillance on the premises.
